FAQ’s

SHIPPING:

Orders placed online will be shipped within 3/7 Business days (excluding weekends), this includes Express Post Items unless you have contacted our store prior to the transaction.

Once parcels are in transit we can not accept any liability for lost or damaged parcels.

Tracking is provided with each parcel and will be emailed the moment the parcel is booked for delivery.

Once orders are shipped it can take 3 - 10 working days depending on where you are located to receive your goods, these times will vary on public holidays and festive seasons.

ORDER CANCELLATION/RETURNS:

If your item is lost or damaged in transit we require you to contact us as soon as you receive your order, Take a photo of your package and items and send through to the store. or you are aware of the missing product.

Once orders are placed you will not be able to swap, cancel or add onto an order.

COMPLAINTS:

If you are in any way not happy with our products or service please contact me, I will in every way strive to give you the best possible products and buying experience.

CUSTOM ORDERS/WHOLESALE:

We currently do not offer custom or wholesale accounts.

WARNINGS:

Please be careful when getting out of the bathtub, some of the skin nourishing oils from the bath treats may still be present and will cause the tub and yourself to become slippery.

(Before use please ensure your bath tub is clean and free of any soap scum & mildew. If you have an old bath with cracks please spot test before use of any of our darker colours, we have so far had no instances of colours sticking but would like to air on the side of caution and make sure you check before  using.)

**Discontinue use if irritation or redness occurs.

**FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Avoid contact with eyes. If eye contact occurs flush with water.

**As authentic as the contents of this Bath Treat may look & smell, please thwart any and all urges to enthusiastically gnaw on this product.
